U.S. News & World Report rates centers using data from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services covering health inspections, nurse staffing and quality of care.
Fewer than 13 percent of nursing homes received a Best rating.
Life Care Center at Inverrary is one of 2,005 facilities in the country that received the Best honor, achieving top nursing home status among more than 15,000 nationwide.
